Another week, another inspired series of articles from across the interweb; from street art to blogging tips, plus just a little bit more of The Blogcademy. Because, you know, I just can’t resist!
- I have a bit of a thing for street art; I’ve seen some amazing examples from around the world. Cracked.com featured some really outlandish pieces on their blog that make political, creative or downright bizarre statements. I’m not sure about the drawbridge penis (kudos for the engineering element though), but Soviet statues painted as superheroes and Ronald McDonald do have an ironic undertone.
- Amazing and innovative photography always catches my eye. So this photo shoot taken as the models swim with whale sharks really made me take notice. Not only are the photographs incredibly striking, but the whole point of the shoot was to raise awareness of the plight of these creatures. Beautiful!
- The Blogcademy headmistress and radical self-love promoter Gala Darling has been posting an inspiring series of articles about becoming a better blogger. Plus I love her new sleek website design.
- Blogger Amma from Beyond Beyond writes about what to do when the shine wears off a new project and you’re tempted to move on to something else.
I was super excited on Friday to see that Kat from Rock n Roll Bride had posted a video from The Blogcademy on her website, which was made by the talented Richard of FX Media. My Pamela Mann love tights even make a cheeky appearance!
