- I’d heard about the Mumsnet penis beaker debate somewhere online earlier this week, but it was BuzzFeed’s recap of the discussion that had me crying with laughter. Hilarious.
- The Bridget Jones Diary was just released. Unfortunately the publisher managed to print a number of copies that contained 40 pages of David Jason’s autobiography. Oops.
- The response to the new Bridget Jones hasn’t been that good…
- When I was a kid I loved reading Point Horror and Goosebumps books. This list of books by RL Stine takes me back.
- 32 quotes from travelling strangers.
- Beautiful autumnal photographs.
- This young photographer uses his imagination to create otherworldly images.
- Ingenious bookshelves made from repurposed items.
- Asda has an interesting content marketing strategy. If a Facebook post doesn’t get 100 likes in a minute it’s deleted. I’d love to have that problem.
- This photo project captures life in Scotland for the 100 weeks before the referendum on independence.
- Reading literary fiction increases empathy.
- These librarians make some shameful reading related confessions.
Have a great week!

That review of the new Bridget Jones book was so interesting. I’m kinda scared to read it now lol

I know, it hasn’t had great reviews. Will probably still read it at some point, with low expectations. Maybe one to get for Christmas?
