The world’s northernmost capital city, Reykjavik is a colourful and quirky place, located in the south west of Iceland.
A relatively small city, it’s the sort of place that visitors can easily explore on foot. Around almost every corner there are unexpected things to see, from vibrant street art to sculptures to brightly painted houses.
There are also plenty of museums, galleries and restaurants to enjoy.
It’s one of my favourite places.

Thanks Sam, the sculpture is called Solfar, which means Sun Voyager. It does have some stunning views!
