New York is known as the city that never sleeps.
It’s a city of bright lights, giant billboards, skyscrapers and all night traffic. Everywhere you look is something that demands your attention.
New York at night is magical.
As Alicia Keys sings on Empire State of Mind: “The lights will inspire you. Let’s here it for New York, New York, New York.”

I did see your post actually, Sophie! We didn’t make it to Brooklyn, but loved The High Line – I’m planning to write a post about it soon. And I think I got almost exactly the same photo you did of the amazing street art!

Lovely pictures! Although pictures of New York always freak me out a bit as well, with all those high buildings, I am afraid of heights. But I would still like to visit and see it in real life once.

I’m not too keen on heights, so I don’t get too close to the edge!
