Earn the money, pay the bills.
It’s never quite enough.
Sleep, self-care, self-improvement. Looking after yourself is another task to be ticked off the to-do list.
Build your boundaries. No work after 7pm. No screens before bed. Read a book.
Positive thinking. Manifestation. Live your dreams.
Dreams don’t work unless you do.
But none of us can do it, keep all the balls in the air. It’s okay to drop a few, let them bounce, not break.
